We will provide advice on required and the compatibility of your samples as well as make you an individual offer.

You send us your samples (for single determinations) packed on dry ice. For the test of cell culture supernatants, we additionally require the used cell culture medium to generate a standard curve.

We store your samples at –80°C until the order has been completed. We also return any remaining sample material by request.

We analyze your samples within the mutually agreed time frame, normally within 5 working days.

You will receive the data report in excel-format per e-mail and, on demand, by mail.

Concentration

Concentrations of tested parameters are clearly laid out in tabular form - all parameters of one sample are listed next to each other and can be easily compared to the results of other samples.

Accuracy of the standard

The variation coefficient of the repeat determination of the standard can be used to determine the accuracy and precision of the assay. If we carry out parallel determinations of your samples, you will receive the variation coefficient of raw data as well as of calculated concentrations.

MFI and Counts

You can check that tests have been correctly conducted and evaluated on the basis of raw data (MFI = Median Fluorescence intensity) and bead counts.

Standard curves

Information on the used model of calculation and coefficient of determination will be provided with the chart of the standard curve for each cytokine.

Recovery rate of standards

The accuracy of the results can be checked by comparing reference values (predetermined concentrations) with actual values.
